Business leaders will tackle key issues facing Bicester in a series of monthly meetings.
Bicester and District Chamber of Commerce chairman Keith Watson said: "We have decided to re-organise our meetings so that they are much more focused on key issues within the town.
"The first part of our meeting will focus on day-to-day business issues.
"The second will be on a single topic. We plan to open these meetings to all businesses in the town, whether or not they are members of the chamber."
He said it was hoped the new style of meetings would encourage more people from local businesses to join the chamber's 125 members.
He added: "We are becoming a major force in the town. The chamber has an important role to play on many matters in Bicester."
