Police are hunting three teenagers who were seen lighting fires in the stairwell of a block of flats in Bartlemas Close, Cowley, at 11.30pm on Monday night.
Two were Asian, one wore a bright yellow jacket and the other a long leather jacket. The third youth wore a baseball cap. Call Oxford police on 01865 266333.
