A group of five illegal immigrants was found in the back of a lorry at Witney's Windrush industrial estate.
The driver of the lorry, that originated from Italy, heard noises in the lorry at about noon yesterday.
Inside the HGV were three women and two men, believed to be from the Middle East.
They were taken to Witney police station and transferred to the immigration centre at Heathrow Airport.
