The first match in Fat Phil's Six-Match Series attracted a field of 34 good local anglers to the Thames at Donnington.
Fishing on the Cherwell mouth was Gordon Worrell (GWR), who had a carp of 10.2.0 and a small roach on groundbait feeder for a winning weight of 10.5.0.
