Former England footballer Emlyn Hughes visited Chipping Norton to open a new business centre run by software and IT specialists PracTiva Group International.
The new offices have been converted from a 150-year-old building and offer training and consultancy rooms for PracTiva's software training courses, as well as "hot-desking" space for executives seeking a "break-out" session.
Chris Arnold, director of PracTiva Group International, said there was a strong likelihood of increased job opportunities as a result of the company's expansion.
