Sixty pupils aged ten to 13 will be taking part in a conference involving Oxford University trainee teachers and local businesses.
The event will be held on Thursday at Chipping Norton Rugby Club. The deputy headteacher at Chipping Norton School, Laura Simper, said: "We want the conference to be fun for the pupils, yet also challenge them to think and express themselves in a variety of ways. It is part of our commitment to training first-class teachers for the 21st century and using the expertise of the business and research community. We want everyone to benefit."
