Fire crews were called to the Power Isolators plant in Thorpe Lane, Banbury, after fire broke out in the two-storey building on Saturday.
The alarm was raised by staff working at the factory. The fire damaged the company's first-floor offices and the roof, but firefighters assisted by staff from the company, prevented it spreading to neighbouring offices.
A total of 27 firefighters from Banbury, Hook Norton and Deddington used jets, a hydraulic platform and a hose reel to tackle the flames. No one was injured.
Station Officer Paul Debling said: "Through the actions of the firefighters, the fire was prevented from reaching the main factory area, and a lot of other offices' contents were saved by salvage work by firefighters and staff."
Firefighters were called out to tackle a fire in a bin store at Evans Yard, Bicester, on Saturday.
