The transformation of the former MG sports car factory into Abingdon Business Park has received a national award from the British Association of Landscape Industries.
The car factory closed in 1981. The site was bought by Standard Life and is now home to some 35 businesses.
Two full-time gardeners are employed by Waterers Landscape, which was praised for its "rich and diverse" planting.
The judges said: "The visitor is greeted by two impressive fountains, one feeding a water-lily pond."
Catherine Gabriel, a director of managers Phoenix Beard, said: "We have no doubt that the high standards have a direct impact on those working in the park."
