Young people are staging an arts festival to raise money for the UNICEF Children in Conflict appeal.
The event, which will include performances of dance, mime, drama, singing, recitals, music and poetry, will take place from February 4 to 8 at Bartholomew School and Eynsham Youth Centre.
Sixth-formers from Bartholomew School will research different aspects of children in conflict, and bring case histories to discuss with the rest of the school to raise awareness of the issues. A total of 17 young people have formed the arts festival committee, which is aiming to raise £1,500.
