Kevin Jacobs was sent for trial at crown court on two charges of raping a girl under the age of 16.
Didcot magistrates yesterday bailed Jacobs, 35, of Market Place, Wallingford, to appear at Oxford Crown Court on February 4.
The offences are said to have occurred at Woodcote, near Reading, between December 25 last year and January 24.
Magistrates imposed conditions of bail that Jacobs should live at his address at Wallingford, stay away from Woodcote and not contact witnesses.
