Oxford City Stars victory over Chelmsford Chieftains on Sunday means they have qualified for the semi-finals of the English National League Cup.
With two teams qualifying only Telford can now catch Oxford in the Southern Group.
The Northern semi-finalists will be two from Whitley Bay, Altrincham, Billingham, Kingston (Hull) and Billingham (Middlesbrough).
