Oxford City 1, Harlow Tn 2
New signing Simon Vickers was sent off as Oxford City crashed to a home defeat in Ryman League Division 1 last night.
It occurred just before half-time, when Harlow's Moore threw a punch after upending Vickers. Both players were red-carded, Vickers presumably for retaliation.
City should have been ahead at the time, Vickers having twice gone close while Jemaine Ferreira had a shot deflected over.
A mistake by Stuart Nelson gave Harlow the lead in the 47th minute. After miskicking a clearance, Nelson brought down Samuel who converted the resultant penalty.
Arkins equalised for City seven minutes later, but Young netted Harlow's winner in the 70th minute after a mistake by Craig Farley.
Oxford City: Nelson, Farley, Dark, Smith, Vickers, Woodhouse, Ferreira, McIntosh (Whitehead 83), Arkins (Wise 69), Druce (Fontaine 83), Wimble.
