British Rail SA A maintained their title challenge in Division 1 of the Didcot & District League, despite being a player short for their clash with Drayton A.

Eddie Herrity and Richard Burton both bagged maximums and won the doubles to secure a 7-3 victory.

In the Power Station derby, DPS A beat their B team 8-2, with Nick Langley securing a maximum.

Division 2 champions elect RAL B could only manage a draw against DPS C, for whom Mark Stretton maintained his 100 per cent record.

BRSA B reinforced their Division 3 championship credentials with a 6-4 win against Drayton D.

In Division 4, the top two teams clashed as North Moreton entertained Wallingford. Moreton's Paul Cheong marked his debut with a maximum, but Wallingford still ran out 6-4 winners.
