Joinery specialist Swindon Woodwork, based in Faringdon, has scooped a top award for excellence in the national Timber Industry Awards. It won the prize in the Smaller Projects section for its work at the new Khoan & Sullivan Gallery of Chinese Painting in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford. As well as joinery work, the company also makes doors, windows, staircases and conservatories.
