George Redknap is in line for a first-team recall for Banbury United's tough trip to Dorchester Town in the Dr Martens League Eastern Division tomorrow.
Redknap, the former Witney Town midfielder, and Matty Travers, both impressed when they came on as late substitutes in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Corby Town.
Player-boss Kevin Brock said: "George and Travers both did well for us, and are both definitely in contention for places."
Although Dorchester are third in the league, they have not won at home for four matches.
Banbury strikers Matty Gooderick and Ben Milner have to rediscover the goal touch which has brought 26 goals between them.
"We played well at Corby, and that will give us a lift. Dorchester will be difficult, they have two very good strikers (Danny O'Hagan and Justin Keeler), who have scored a lot of goals," added Brock.
Liam O'Neill returns after illness.
Banbury Utd (v Dorchester Tn, away): from Tricker, Wallbridge, Muckelberg, Sullivan, Simpson, Fuller, Corbett, Redknap, Milner, Gooderick, McKay.
