A Chinese takeaway in Wantage Road, Didcot, will be allowed to stay open half an hour later, until 11pm, except on Sunday.
Government planning inspector Jennifer Vyse upheld an appeal by the owner, William To, against South Oxfordshire District Council's decision not to allow the later opening.
