Spartan Rangers crashed to a 3-2 defeat after extra time against visitors Adlestrop in the Senior Cup second round.
Steve Rapley and Scott Comley gave the Premier Division side a 2-0 half-time lead.
But, after the break, Alan Walker and Darren Balhatchet forced the tie into extra time, and Lee Oxley notched the winner for the Division 1 side.
Adlestrop's reward in the quarter- finals is an away tie at Hanborough, who beat Tackley 6-0. Rob Lovick and Richard Dunsby each scored a brace, with Duncan Griffin and Paul Foster also on target.
Stonesfield turned their disappointing league form on its head by beating Minster Lovell 2-1, thanks to a late winner from super-sub John Parsons. Earlier, Simon Gibbs had equalised after David Patterson put Stonesfield ahead.
Stonesfield meet Ducklington in the quarter-finals after they defeated Chadlington 2-1, with goals from Ian Luckett and Paul Neale.
Matt Sherrell pulled a goal back on the stroke of half time, but Chadlington couldn't force an equaliser.
Brize Norton overcame Carterton Town A 6-3, with goals from Mike Haines (4) and Colin Tyrell (2).
They now face North Leigh A, who beat Kingham 4-1, with Steve Copsey (2), Gareth Benfield and Matt Halkett on target. Miles Harding replied.
Bampton edged out Freeland 2-1, with goals from Steve Godfrey and Mark Carrington. Joe Crocker replied.
Bampton meet West Witney after they beat Hailey 4-1. Wayne Harding and Andy Frost added to Matt Townsend's brace for Witney, with Jamie Sheppard replying.
