Sixth-form pupils in Thame shared their lunch break with Lady McLintock, High Sheriff of Oxfordshire.
Lady McLintock and Patsy Townsend, of Thames Valley Partnership, which works with police and other agencies dedicated to improving safety, met the students, from Lord Williams's School, who are working on a variety of community projects.
The students told their guests the projects, including sport and dance festivals, were part of the school's sports college activities.
