An Oxfordshire jockey charged with indecent assault is due to appear in court tomorrow.
Timmy Murphy, 27, of Faringdon, was arrested after police boarded a plane at Heathrow airport on Sunday.
He was released on police bail after questioning, and is due to appear before Uxbridge Magistrates Court, charged with indecently assaulting a woman, believed to be an air stewardess, on or before April 14, on an airliner.
Murphy had flown back from Tokyo the day before his arrest.
A week before riding in Japan, he enjoyed his biggest success of this season's domestic racing campaign, riding Armaturk in the Martell Maghull Novices' Chase at Liverpool's Aintree racecourse on Grand National day.
