OXFORD United boss Ian Atkins will again have a young side out for the final match at home to Darlington today, because none of the players who are being released will figure.
"I think that is the right thing to do. They didn't train with us on Thursday or Friday and Thursday was probably the best session we have had for three or four weeks."
Atkins said: "I thin it can be a very exciting period for the club. The team will need the support of the crowd, and we can hopefully finish with a bang."
United have a 100 per cent record at home to Darlington with four wins out of four. Mind you, their last meeting in Oxford was back in 1967!
