A MAN indecently exposed himself near the River Cherwell in Oxford.
The man was white, in his early 30s, of medium height and thin build. He was riding a white mountain bike.
The incident happened at Angel Meadow, in St Clement's, just before 4pm on Sunday, May 5.
Witnesses should call Oxford police on 01865 266333.
