After sunset, visitors to the fiesta will experience a feast of colour, light and music for the eyes and ears on Saturday evening.
Last year's Night Glow
Night Glow, which starts at 9pm, will see each tethered balloon fire its burners and illuminate, synchronised to a mixture of classical and popular music.
As dusk falls, the balloon burners will create a wall of fire against the darkening skies.
The display will then build to a crescendo of sound and colour, which culminates in a dazzling firework finale to bring the day's events to a close.
