A man exposed himself to a woman in Oxford city centre on Tuesday night.
The incident took place on a footbridge in Old Greyfriars Street in St Ebbe's, shortly after 6pm. The man was white, aged about 30, of medium build, with brown hair and wearing a long black or blue coat.
