Oxford Amnesty International holds its next meeting on Monday (May 20) at 58 Banbury Road.
The speaker will be Ko Aung, who was tortured and imprisoned as a member of the opposition in Burma. The Oxford group has also welcomed the recent release from house arrest of Burma's opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi, the widow of the late Oxford University academic Michael Aris.
