A bakery is going from strength to strength after doubling the size of its operation within the last year.

Queen of Hearts -- which has its bakery in Littlemore, Oxford, and shops in Cowley, Headington and Summertown -- is increasing its workforce from 70 to 100 to cope with demand generated by a national contract with Waitrose.

It has also introduced a scheme to reward workers who have given 10 years of service.
