Mrs Keep started collecting money for the life-saving service after her husband Malcolm had two kidney transplants.
She has run a charity shop in Wantage for 13 years.
Her latest contribution was £6,000 for the renal unit at the Churchill Hospital, Headington, Oxford.
Mrs Keep said she wanted to reach her £50,000 target this year to coincide with her 50th wedding anniversary and the Golden Jubilee.
