A husband and wife team are putting into practice a long-held ambition to start their own business.
The couple came up with their business idea when they were in Cyprus in January to get married.
Nicholas Blake, 42, and his wife Jeannette, of Reid Place, Heyford Park, are opening an internet cafe in Bicester's Market Square.
The cafe, which is due to open in January, will be equipped with eight computers and will offer food and drinks.
Mrs Blake, an office manager, said: "We always wanted to start our own business and we have often seen cyber cafes in Cyprus, which is where my parents live.
"We wanted to do something to better ourselves and benefit Bicester."
The couple carried out a survey to ask people in the town what they thought. The response was overwhelming, so the couple set to work.
Children, including the couple's daughters Kirstin, eight, and Shannon, 12, will be able to use the computers, but the Internet will be restricted to people over 16.
Mrs Blake, 35, added: "All the bad sites will be completely blocked.
"We will be there to help customers and we will give small tutorial courses."
