A new sound system is urgently needed for Wallingford's annual carol service in the Market Place.
The current one does not pick up the children's voices in the choir so they are inaudible. The move to get a new system comes from town council member John Beeton who said the present one was inadequate and needed replacing urgently.
The council is trying to find a better system in time for the community carols on December 8.
