Children have benefited from funding for new facilities at their school as a result of the re-organisation of education in Oxford.

Barton Village First School is to be merged with Bayswater Middle School to form a single primary school, whose name has yet to be decided, as part of the end of the three-tier school system.
The 450 pupils at the school will be able to take advantage of classrooms, performance and music facilities, a playground, an entrance and administration area, and a car park which are all being built.
Construction work on a swimming pool and sports hall is also planned to start in September next year.
The funding has become available because Oxfordshire County Council has been able to sell school buildings that are no longer needed.
Ron Holland, who will be headteacher of the merged school said: "I'm very pleased with the work that has been completed and everyone is looking forward with real anticipation to the next stage of developments.
