Pupils from across the country will put their knowledge to the test on November 20.
Wantage Civic Hall is to host the national finals of the Consumer Challenge Quiz for special schools at noon. Finalists include Woodeaton Manor School, which will be representing Oxfordshire.
The quiz is staged by Oxfordshire County Council's trading standards department and tests consumer knowledge, product safety and food labelling. Jan Onoszko, of Central News, will be quizmaster.
Nigel Strick, head of the trading standards department, said: "It gives the pupils a chance to learn valuable citizenship skills for life in a fun environment."
