Carl Gray and Will Trigg both hit a brace as Abingdon cruised to a 5-1 victory away to Southgate Adelaide at Cockfosters in London in South League Division 2.
Abingdon took the lead after ten minutes when Will Trigg's quickly-taken free hit on the edge of the circle was touched in by Gray from three yards out.
Five minutes later, Trigg turned goalscorer when his narrow angled shot on the right was turned into the net by a defender.
Abingdon increased their lead early in the second half when Trigg ran into the circle and drew the keeper before laying the ball square for Gray to score into the unguarded net.
Trigg scored his second and Abingdon's fourth with a close-range shot after Ross Morgan's penalty corner strike had been blocked by the Southgate keeper.
And then Morgan was on target at Abingdon's next penalty corner to make it five.
A Steve Price penalty corner strike gave Southgate Adelaide a consolation goal.
