A retired policeman has raised nearly £200 for Children in Need by shaving off his beard.
Gareth Clark shaves Liam Hillis at Campus Barbers in Broad Street, Oxford.
It is the first time in 20 years that the retired Thames Valley traffic officer has been without a beard.
Mr Hillis, 54, of Nurseries Road, Kidlington, said: "I wanted to do something different. The beard had become part of me so it was strange to see it go, but it's for such a worthy cause that I can't complain."
