Simon Stapleton, the former Wycombe Wanderers, Stevenage and Witney Town midfielder, inspired Freeland to a 3-2 win at Stonesfield in the Fred Ford Cup second round.

Earlier, Freeland had seen a two-goal lead, provided by Joe Crocker and Darren Paton, cancelled out by Andy Crawford and Craig Egan.
Striker Jason Gardner hit a second-half hat-trick as Aston came from behind to reach the quarter-finals with a 3-1 victory over Carterton Rangers.
John Smailes had given Carterton a first-half lead, before Gardner turned the tie after the break.
Mark Jewell scored twice in extra time to give Brize Norton a 2-0 win over Adlestrop.
Bampton recorded a 2-1 victory at West Witney.
Darryl Kew and Mark Carrington put Bampton in charge, before player-manager Ben Davis pulled one back for West.
Charlbury ran out comfortable 5-2 victors over Wootton.
Andrew Woodley and Liam Kelly hit two goals apiece, with Steve Fitzgerald adding the other.
In the Jack Busby Trophy, Jason King and Craig Sallis came off the bench to score two goals each as Minster Lovell Res cruised through 4-1 against Witney Royals Res.
Sallis put Minster 2-0 ahead after a dire first half, and after Mark Hoddy pulled one back for Royals, King bagged a late brace to secure victory.
North Leigh A moved to within a point of the top in the Premier Division after a 3-2 win at Spartan Rang- ers.
Lee McGuiness, Justin Timms and Sean King netted for North, with Paul Saunders and Michael Dove replying.
