Mr Meeks, 64, of Huxley Close, Bicester, has given framed prints of his painting of St Edburg's parish church in the town to Dr Richard Stephenson of the Bicester branch of the Save the Children Fund, the parochial church council and the Katharine House hospice at Adderbury.
He said: "The view of the church from the main gate is one of the most picturesque in the town. I gave the church council number one of the limited run of 100 prints. I understand the print will be used to help raise funds for some internal works in the church."
Dr Stephenson will sell the prints in aid of Save the Children and the hospice, which he also supports.
Buildings of Bicester, Oxford and Blenheim Palace are among the most frequent subjects he depicts.
