The judge who gave a man two-and-a-half years for abusing a four-year-old girl should be sacked (Oxford Mail, November 15).
Men usually get four or five times that for raping a woman. To attack a child is far worse.
If there is no room in prison or in secure units for such monsters, they should be castrated. It should be applied to anyone who sexually abuses a child under 13.
We owe it to our children to protect them.
