Oxfordshire house price increases are slowing down, according to latest figures.
Property analyst Hometrack said prices across the county had shown only a 0.1 per cent rise in the four weeks to November 20.
This compares with a 0.2 per cent rise nationwide. It is the sixth successive fall in monthly price inflation figures since the May peak of a 2.6 per cent rise.
Hometrack housing economist John Wrigglesworth said: "Oxfordshire is beginning to suffer from the ripple effect emanating from London, where some prices are falling."
Royston Williams, of estate agents Allen & Harris, said: "We are seeing a levelling off of prices in Oxfordshire. I can't see an increase next year, but neither can I see a fall."
