An aid worker in Zambia is visiting Witney to talk about the devastating effects of Aids in his homeland.
Alick Nyirenda runs one of the partner organisations of the charity Christian Aid in the African country where there are now an estimated 570,000 Aids orphans.
He has been invited to speak at Witney's Holy Trinity Church on World Aids Day, Sunday, December 1, at 10.45am.
Christian Aid worker Paul Langley, of Manor Road, Witney, said: "Alick's visit will help us understand more about the huge problem."
