A former threshing barn which was converted into an office has won an award from the Country Landowners' Association.
The barn, on a farm in North Weston, near Thame, has been refurbished as a 2,700 sq ft office, with the help of a grant from the South East England Development Agency.
The conversion has made farm more viable and provided local employment.
The association makes annual awards for farm building conversions.
