The home team were given a flying start when Alan Copelin (+100) cruised to a 150-94 win over Jack Woods (+90).
Keith Maskens (+70) then clung on to beat Ted Milsom (+90) 150-147 and Jason Buck (+70) completed the whitewash by defeating Roger Coenen (+70) 150-77.
Morris Motors slipped to a 2-1 home defeat by Witney, who now have the distinction of having beaten the top two.
Roger Tomlin (+60) took the opening game for Motors with a 200-169 win over Terry Cook (+30).
But Witney claimed the match as John Hume (+10) beat Dough Baker (+50) 200-141, and then Steve Mill (+60) saw off Bob Hayward (+80) 150-137.
New Club won 3-0 at Eynsham.
Andy Moss (+110) got the ball rolling, beating Ken Leach (+110) 100-50, then Justin Shepherd (+60) returned to winning ways against Phil Hewitson (+70) 150-121.
George Washington (+100) completed the win with a 100-71 victory over Roy Gascoyne (+100).
Ashton, with 15 points, top Division 2, after their 3-0 win at Headington Con Club A.
Nobby Noble (+100) beat Terry Walsh (+80) 150-134, then Neil Brayshaw (+80) just got the better of Tony Palmer (+100) 150-145.
Terry Chambers (-10) completed the whitewash against Peter Brookes (+100) 200-167.
In the derby clash at Cowley Conservative Club, the A team beat their B team colleagues 2-1, despite losing the opening game
