Relationships started at the highly successful Venturefest exhibition for entrepreneurs can now be nurtured throughout the year online, via the website www.VenturefestOxford.net
The site has been launched to develop the links between investors and those looking to start pioneering hi-tech firms which are nurtured at the annual Venturefest event.
Venturefest chairman Joe Barclay said: "The idea is to allow the dialogues that begin at Venturefest to continue throughout the year."
Venturefest brings 1,500 entrepreneurs, investors and support services together in Oxfordshire to provide the advice, ideas and funding necessary to cultivate successful new technology-based businesses.
It was set up by Oxford's two universities, Oxfordshire County Council and the Oxford Trust, which is managing the website.
