A memorial service for people affected by the retained organ scandal at Oxford hospitals is likely to be delayed.
The Rev Nick Fennemore, senior chaplain at the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust, had hoped to arrange the ceremony early next year.
But plans have been put on hold while bereaved relatives decide what type of event they want. It is hoped the service may bring closure for some people who have been distressed by the scandal of two years ago when it was revealed more than 4,000 brains and hearts had been taken without permission.
About 60 people have been asked by trust staff to fill in a questionnaire.
