Forum A beat clubmates Forum B 6-4 in an exciting clash in Division 1 of the Oxford & District League.
Karl Bushell reeled off a fine maximum for the A string, although he was extended to a fourth end by Andrew Flint, who won two for the B team.
His brace included a fine straight sets win against Eric Hardeman, while Greg Boone shone again for the victors with a notable success over Jeremy Flint.
Tommy Filmer recorded a maximum for Vikings A in their 8-2 win over Morris Motors B.
Morris Motors A, meanwhile, slipped to a 7-3 defeat against Rutherfords, for whom George Pullin and Neil Hurford were unbeaten on the night.
St James A continue to find it tough going as they crashed to a 9-1 defeat at home to Crown House.
Mark Newnes and Eddie Herrity both won all three of their singles.
Anne Borrowdale produced her best result since moving up to Division 2 with a maximum for Vikings B in their 10-0 whitewash of Vikings C.
Her husband, Paul, and Steve Woolnough were also unbeaten on the night.
Neil Hughes also rattled up a hat-trick as Forum C raced to an 8-2 win over Morris Motors C, for whom Eamon Deeley won two.
In Division 3, Bicester C only managed to turn out two players as they went down 7-3 at Holton A.
Pat Hingley won all three of his singles for Holton, while Anthony Weaver did well to pick up two wins for Bicester.
Don Harris and Andy McPherson led the way for Forum E with hat-tricks in their 8-2 win over Haddenham B.
