The Oxford branch of the Elvis Presley Fan Club has beaten its target of raising £2,500 for charity in the 25th year after "the King" died.
Members ran fundraising stalls at community events across the county and handed a £3,000 cheque to Douglas House representative Val Mather at their annual charity rock 'n' roll gig on November 23.
Douglas House is the £4m respite centre being built in Magdalen Road, east Oxford.
