A recruitment consultancy is launching a new division targeted at management.

Action Executive, part of the Susan Hamilton group, will operate from the offices of Action Recruitment in central Oxford.

It will specialise in higher level candidates, from junior management to the board room.

Manager Michael Ritchie said: "Action Executive is a tremendously exciting new division which has come from the demand of many clients, particularly in the Oxfordshire area.

"There are very few specialist options locally for executive level job seekers and companies, who are often forced to go to London to fulfil their requirements."

Candidates being assessed by Action Executive will undergo tests to determine motivation, skills and behavioural traits to ensure an accurate match between company and job seeker.

Areas covered include sales and marketing, human resources, general management, publishing, public relations, legal, property/ construction and special projects.

Mr Ritchie added: "With a team of consultant specialists in place we can manage a wide variety of business situations."
