Work is to start early next year on a scheme to house people with mental health problems.
The eight one-bedroomed flats and four two-bedroomed houses with a communal lounge, office and spare room are being built by Soha Housing in Crisp Road, Henley.
Work will start in April and should be completed by next Christmas.
