Target Vehicle Rental, in Churchill Road, Bicester, had three spare photocopiers and about six mobile phones after being taken over by Northgate Motor Holdings.
But instead of throwing out the old equipment, it is being donated to the Help the Aged shop, in Deans Court.
Deputy manager of the shop Sue Pruden said: "Help the Aged runs a scheme collecting mobile phones and sending them off to the developing world. Target has come up trumps."
