I was appalled to learn that David Blagdon has been sent back to prison (Oxford Mail, November 22). After serving 24 years for a relatively minor offence, he should have been released without conditions.
Had Mr Blagdon been a murderer or a child molester, he would probably have been set free years ago. What has happened to the British sense of justice and fair play?
