Bicester Round Table members have dusted off Santa's sleigh to take it on its annual Christmas tour.
The float, along with Santa, started the festive season by taking part in a procession from Bicester Village shopping centre to the Market Square to mark the town's Christmas lights switch-on on Thursday.

On November 30, the sleigh was parked in Sheep Street, where children could meet Father Christmas.

The float will visit estates around the town over the next few weeks collecting money for local charities.
Round Table member Matt Fincham said: "It is a very successful event because people in the town are very generous -- I think people look forward to it year on year."
