Disabled job seekers in Oxfordshire have been given a boost after a firm handed £1,000 to a specialist recruitment agency.
Mark Stone, of Didcot-based Air Products, handed the cheque to Kieran Cook, of Right Employment which helps people with disabilities to find and keep jobs.
Carol Coppin, senior employment consultant at Right Employment which has bases in Oxford, Abingdon and Chipping Norton, said: "Finding rewarding, fulfilling and appropriate work is very important, not only in terms of developing practical and inter-personal skills, but also in building confidence and self-esteem."
Air Products, which employs more than 20 people at its Didcot site and supplies gases and chemical products, made more than 100 donations to UK charities last year.
Jo Hills, corporate communications associate, said: "We make it our priority to support charities and community groups."
