Former England cricketer Freddie Trueman made an appearance at a sports evening dinner to help raise £2,000 for a charity that supports children with leukaemia.
Pictured is Hayley Parsons, from CLIC, receiving a cheque for £2,000 from Mr Newbold, left, and charity steward John Willoughby.
The evening was organised by the Oxford Masonic Lodge to raise funds for CLIC, the Challenging Leukaemia In Childhood charity.
The event was held at The Oxford Masonic Centre, Banbury Road, Oxford.
Proceeds from about 100 ticket sales, an auction and raffle were donated.
The Lodge's Worshipful Master, Gordon Newbold, met representatives from CLIC before handing over the money.
